Damaged Item? We Sincerely Apologize
Due to lingerie being laid upon personal areas of the body, if you get a damaged item, please immediately email us a photograph of the item and return the damaged item. After investigation, we will issue you a store credit and you can repurchase the item if you desire. We also strongly advise including a tracking number with your returned item, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
After investigation is complete, we will email you a store credit code.

When will I get my package?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, so you should receive your order within 5-7 days after purchase
I ordered an item, but never received it
We do apologize that you have not received you order. However, all customers are provided with tracking information so you must contact the United States Postal Service for assistance at 1(800) 222-1811. In addition, please check around your neighborhood with neighbors in case another home received it by a mistake; speak with family member(s), roommate(s), and friend(s) in case they received it on your behalf. The package could have also been left with property managers as well. We will do our best to assist, but EYEQ does not hold the responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Hence, we strongly advise you to contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
